Outdoor Patio
The lower outdoor patio is a shared space for all guests to enjoy together. Relax, share stories about your day, and cozy up by the fire.
On the remote, press ON and wait a few seconds.
Troubleshooting: if the fire is not lighting, the pilot light may have been blown out by the wind. Try to light the pilot directly. One the pilot flame is present, try again with the remote.
To offer more flexibility in maintaining a comfortable climate on the patio, there is a roll-down vinyl patio enclosure. It’s available to use whenever it’s a little chilly and you’d like to block the wind and trap warm air inside.
- On the white remote press the down arrow to close.
- Use the square button in the middle to stop
- Use the up arrow to open
There is also a small pull-across screen between the patio and the hot tub / pool area. This screen can also help to block wind and trap warm air inside. When opening the screen, twist the handle clock-wise to disengage the magnet.
To maintain the Bialto experience, we typically run background music on the lower patio until around 10pm. If you have a request for a different atmosphere or would like the music turned off, let us know by text and we’ll be happy to adjust.
